Job Description Residential Trainer Day 6:00am to 2:00pm for Behavior Treatment and Training Center (BTTC) Role Responsibilities The Residential Trainer (RT) works directly with children who have a diagnosis of intellectual and development disability and problem behaviors. The RT must complete pre-service training, implements behavior analysis programs and special treatment sessions as directed. Provides frequent positive interactions with individuals and conducts social skills educational, recreational and vocational training. The RT is responsible for providing supervision, a safe and pleasant environment for the individuals, meets specialized needs and assists in transitioning persons served to discharge placements. Residential Essential staff are required during emergency events to ensure the operations of Texana Center continue and ensure the safety and welfare of the individuals receiving services from Texana Center. The Prescription Assistance Clinic Clerk (PAC) will be responsible for implementation of the Prescription Assistant Program (PAP) for all consumers. Each client will be assessed for eligibility for participation in PAP following each appointment with the clinic. Applications will be completed daily for consumers meeting eligibility requirements. The PAC will be responsible for reordering and monitoring changes of medications and reapplication. PAP and Sample Data bases will be updated daily. Medication mailed to the facility will be labeled, counted and given to the Clinic Team Coordinator for storage for the client and dispensing by the physician. Accurate records will be maintained and monthly reports for the number of screenings conducted, the number of applications filed, cost of medication received, and cost of samples dispensed. These monthly reports will be sent to the CFO, the Mental Health Nurse Supervisor, and the Director of Medical Services. Job Description Family Partner - YCOT (Youth Crisis Outreach Team) Role Responsibilities The Family Partner provides peer support services to families with children ages 3-17 who have emotional, behavioral or mental health disorders. The youth served will have recently experienced a mental health crisis. The Family Partner will explore unmet family needs and explore possible community resources to help the youth and family have better outcomes towards recovery. The Family Partner assists the parent/caregiver in becoming an advocate for the child, provides guidance in utilizing existing services and developing/organizing natural resources within the family and community. The Family Partner assumes a peer-mentoring role, engages the family in the Recovery Process, provides on-going training to the parent/caregiver to sustain success and improve outcomes for the child and family. The Family Partner can assist in the development of the Recovery Plan with strengths, needs, skills, supports and resources. The position will be officed in Rosenberg, Texas but will provide community-based services in the youth's home, at school or other community locations. This position will report directly to the Crisis Services Manager and to the MCOT Supervisor. The Family Partner performs other duties as assigned by the Crisis Services Manager. Role Responsibilities The Clinical Team Leader will lead a team (adult and/or youth) through the Texas Resiliency and Recovery (TRR) model of service delivery for community mental health services. The Clinical Team Leader will clinically supervise the QMHP staff as delegated by the direct supervisor, the Clinic Manager. The position will ensure that staff are assessing patients in a timely manner and recommending level of care based on clinical need utilizing the Uniform Assessment process. The Clinical Team Leader will ensure that staff are making every effort to engage patients in the appropriate level of services. The Clinical Team Leader will develop and monitor processes and reports to ensure the (TRR) process is followed and the services provided are clinically appropriate and fully documented. BeST Behavior Analyst Intern Role Responsibilities The Behavior Analyst Intern I has met all of the requirements for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential as defined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. BAI I works as part of a treatment team at the Behavior Stabilization Team (BeST), with the daily coaching of the BCBA, implementing individualized ABA programs and treatment plans. The BAI I provides direct one on one and small group training using ABA procedures for children with a diagnosis of autism who display aggressive, disruptive, non-compliant, and/or self-abusive behavior. Training consists of skill acquisition for self-help skills, academic skills, social skills, communication skills, vocational skills, and basic attending skills. The BAI I salary is $17.50 per hour. The BAI I assists with preference assessments and functional analyses, conducts direct observations, collects data, summarizes data, documents training progress, and implements SAMA and physical prompts. Some work will be observed by parents, teachers, and other staff. Training is presented during intense one on one, requiring high levels of energy and enthusiasm maintained throughout the 6-hour program day. BAI I will help maintain a clean and safe environment. The BAI I is responsible for scheduling and attending supervision meetings, tracking supervision hours (approximately 75% of hours will be direct implementation of ABA), completing additional tasks related to the BACB task list, and following the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Monthly continuing education is assigned and provided through Texana. The BAI is responsible for demonstrating competencies on various skills as defined on the Student Competency Checklist. Once the BAI has demonstrated competency on those items and has met other performance and attendance based criteria, they will be eligible to move into a BAI II position. At that time the duties and responsibilities will change, and the salary will increase to $19.00 per hour. The BAI II will have the opportunity to move into a BAI III position following demonstration of additional skills and by meeting performance and attendance criteria; the salary will increase to $20.55 per hour. Some additional duties of the BAI III include conducting skills and functional assessments, designing interventions, caregiver and staff training, and other duties under the supervision of a BCBA. There is a video monitoring system throughout the program which allows for frequent observation and occasional video recording with and without the BAI's prior knowledge. Psych Tech PRN - Crisis Center

This position provides a variable level of support to consumers with mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to providing assistance in accessing medical, social, educational, or other appropriate support services as well as linkage to more intensive services if needed, in addition to monitoring, assessment of service needs, service planning and coordination. This position is responsible for carrying a caseload of adults and for providing Rehab Case Management services within Levels of Care 1, 2 and 3 for adults within the Texas Resiliency and Recovery model of treatment. Responsible for insuring that the Recovery Plan is developed and designed based upon ANSA calculations and the Authorized Level of Care. This position requires intervention and frequent in-person, long-term contact with individuals, families, and service providers. Role Responsibilities The Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) works to ensure the identification and accommodation of eligible children (birth to 36 months old) and their families. The Speech/Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluation and/or treatment programming for infants and toddlers who live in the catchment area of the Program which includes Fort Bend and Waller Counties. The Speech/Language Pathologist provides treatment for enrolled children which is recommended by the interdisciplinary team and may include complex treatment procedures, documenting patient progress in chart in the areas of communication/language development. The Clinic LVN position is responsible for following Medication Clinic protocols. Clinic will serve Adult/Child/Adolescent MH patients in clinic locations in five county area.
