As a Water Resources Project Manager for CEC, you will perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, dam safety assessment, design, compliance, and rehabilitation, water resource utility infrastructure and stormwater facilities design, stream restoration design, and conduct floodplain and drainage studies. You will perform H&H modeling, engineering calculations and produce engineering drawings on a variety of water resources related projects. As a Landfill CQA Technician for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll work in the Waste Management practice based in our Austin, TX office. This is a full-time position with the responsibility of performing Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services to observe, document and monitor construction activities associated with landfill construction. Projects will include cell liner systems, cell final closure cap systems, landfill gas collection and control systems and other appurtenances related to a state of the art solid waste management facility. You will work as a member of the project CQA team, and at times independently, to evaluate whether the completed construction meets governing project specifications and regulatory permit conditions.
