Responsibilities
Supports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory
Warehouse and facilities maintenance and housekeeping

As the Field Project Superintendent, this individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of designated projects, under the Project Manager's direction, to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Responsibilities
* Performs electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Technical Oversight Leadership:
Oversee and coordinate installations of Plumbing/HVAC/Process Piping systems. These include but are not limited to hydronic systems, DX and VRF systems, ductwork, FRP installations, and large equipment rigging, plumbing systems, process piping systems, controls, test & balance.

* Utilizes project management software to punch assigned projects and coordinate subcontractors to complete required punch list items.
* Participate in GC and owner punch walks for assigned projects.

* The ability to pass and maintain background checks for access into primary schools, universities, etc.
