Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Radiology program of study with specialization and training in MRI
One years' experience as an MRI Tech
Valid Radiology/MRI license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications:
Current ARRT or equivalent certification
Current ARMRIT or equivalent certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
Summary:
The MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to produce high-quality 3D images used in medical diagnosis. They interact directly with patients and administer intravenous injections of contrast dye as needed and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnostic results. MRI Technologists are responsible for maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring patient-centered care throughout the imaging process.
Essential Work Functions:
Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications prior to procedure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Educate patients on MRI procedure and answers questions if they arise
Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any malfunctions
Start I.V.s and administer contrast media per orders and protocol, monitoring patients for adverse reactions
Monitor image quality during procedures and make adjustments to scanning parameters for optimal diagnostic results
Document all procedure details, including imaging parameters and patient observations, in compliance with hospital policies
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging and timely delivery of results
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with infection control and hospital policies
Follow hospital safety rules and procedures including infection control and radiation safety protocols
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of an MRI Technologist

About the Role:

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Possess professional tools to adequately perform daily assignments. Be proficient with the required hand tools & measuring devices. Ability to operate the overhead cranes, torches, grinders, and forklifts.
Inspect, Disassemble and Reassemble all rotating elements for Gas turbines.
Read/interpret indicators accurately within .0001”. Read and understand the required technical information for the job. Properly complete all associated documentation required for their assignments.
Continuously develop knowledge of products, materials, and procedures to better perform duties. Complete company-required training programs.
Communicate with co-workers, leads & supervisor on projects. Work well with other employees. Follow company Safety, Quality Policies, and ISO procedures.
Be on the job site and in your assigned work area at the schedule time. Keep work area clear and well organized during all phases of the project
Comply with the requirements of risk assessments and safety procedures. Use PPE as identified in risk assessments or other related safety documents.

Job Summary:
CLS Health is seeking a results-driven Director of Revenue Cycle to manage and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle operations across our 35+ clinic locations, multiple tax IDs, and 200+ providers. This position reports to senior leadership and is accountable for leading the revenue cycle team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing, collections, and accounts receivable management in alignment with company policies and financial goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee all functional areas of the revenue cycle, including patient access, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, billing, collections, and denial management.
Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and workflows to maximize revenue capture and reduce aged A/R.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including days in A/R, clean claim rate, denial trends, and collection performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue cycle-related issues, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and payer regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid billing rules.
Lead and mentor revenue cycle staff, including managers and frontline team members, ensuring ongoing training and performance evaluation.
Support implementation and optimization of revenue cycle technologies (e.g., EMR/PM systems, clearinghouses, dashboards).
Address escalated patient inquiries and billing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Participate in payer audits and support managed care contracting initiatives with data and analysis as needed.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership outlining trends, variances, risk areas, and opportunities for improvement
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, healthcare billing, and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and financial systems.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong working knowledge of medical billing, coding (CPT/ICD-10), payer policies, and healthcare regulations.
Proficiency in revenue cycle software specifically eClinicalWorks
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive measurable outcomes.
