Perhaps the best thing about working there was the feeling that the training I developed was being used to train our emergency responders across the nation. I liked writing content, developing objectives, and interacting with SMEs to create engaging content and activities.
The most challenging aspect of working here was probably the fact that SMEs were also instructors and their availability was limited and yet we had to have them in order to develop the courses.
