Anh Selissen serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the director of the Information Technology Division forTxDOT, overseeing information security, infrastructure, strategic direction and the personnel and vendor activities of the Information Technology Division.

Selissen has led enterprise IT systems and staff in both the public and private sectors, having previously held positions as CIO at NuStats Inc. and director of enterprise systems at the University of Texas at Austin. Most recently Selissen served as deputy CIO at the Texas Comptroller’s Office. Among several professional affiliations, Selissen is president elect of the Texas Association of State Systems for Computing and Communications, and IT chair of the State Agency Coordinating Council.

Benito Ybarra is a Chief Audit and Compliance Officer at Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

Bill Hale, P.E., serves as TxDOT's chief engineer.

In this role, he is responsible for management and control of the Engineering & Safety Operations, District Operations, Project Planning & Development divisions, and transportation programming and delivery for TxDOT.

Hale joined TxDOT's Ellis County Area Office in the Dallas District in 1983 and became the area engineer for Southeast Dallas County in Hutchins in 1992. In January 1999, Hale was appointed district engineer for the Abilene District and then later appointed district engineer for the Dallas District in 2003.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 1983 from the University of Texas at Arlington, Hale earned his master's degree in civil engineering from the university in 1989.

Brad Goodman is an Enterprise Architect, Office of the CIO at Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and is based in Austin, Texas. He has worked as Contractor at Self Employed; Delivery Coordinator / Floor Supervisor at McCoy; and Senior Principal Engineer, PowerFlex Platform Engineering, Storage Division at EMC CORP. Brad attended Texas A&M University between 1996 and 2008 and Blinn College between 1997 and 2005.

Janice Mullenix is a Chief of Strategic Implementation at Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and is based in Austin, Texas. She has worked as Associate General Counsel at Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Director of Contract Services at TxDOT, and Managing Attorney at Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Janice attended 美國普林斯頓大學 between 1972 and 1976 and Georgetown University Law Center between 1976 and 1979.

Kenneth Moore is a Bridge Maintenance Crew Chief at Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and Bridge Maintenance / Welder at TxDOT and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as Service Manager at National Tire Battery, Night Stocker at COSTCO WHOLESALE CORP NEW, and Welder/ Fitter at Signal Metals. Kenneth studied at Art Institute of Chicago and Texas A&M University Commerce.

Lauren Garduno D. is a Chief Procurement and Deputy Administrative Officer at Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and is based in United States.

Mary Anne Griss is a Chief of Staff at Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

Richard McMonagle serves as Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, he is responsible for management and control of the Contract Services, Purchasing, Fleet Operations, Human Resources and Support Services Divisions.

McMonagle joined TxDOT in June 2014, as the Chief of Staff. Prior to that, he was the director of the Infrastructure Division of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, where he led that division in providing sustainable planning, design, construction and support services. He had held that position since December 2008. Prior to that, he served for more than 25 years in the United States Marine Corps. During that time, he commanded at every rank from second lieutenant through colonel and served in various staff assignments.

He received a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a master of military art and science from the United States Army Command and General Staff College. He also graduated with highest distinction from the United States Naval War College with a master of arts in national security and strategic studies.
