Your Typical Daily Responsibilities Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays Preferred Skills and Characteristics You have at least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing community You follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a shared goal You are self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills You are observant, dependable, adaptable and respectful The Perks!
