Reece Kurtenbach is the Chief Executive Officer for Daktronics, Inc. and currently serves as chairman of the Board of Directors. Previously, Reece served as Executive Vice President for Live Events and International, and provided corporate oversight for the company’s design and development engineering. The Live Events Business Unit encompasses the sales and service departments for our Large Sports Venues and Rental and Staging markets, as well as the Video Products Engineering development group. He graduated from South Dakota State University in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and minors in math and computer science. After graduation, Reece worked for a few years in two other technical companies, and then returned to Daktronics in 1991 to work as an Applications Engineer on large display projects. In 1994, he became manager of a design group, leading the development of Daktronics' first full color LED video display product. Since then, Daktronics has become a leader in the technology of large screen LED video displays, and the acknowledged world leader in sales in this product category.

Carol B. Tome
UPS

In 2003, Carol joined the UPS Board of Directors and currently serves as chief executive officer. Before joining UPS, Carol served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Home Depot, Inc., one of the world’s largest retailers. She joined the company in 1995 as Vice President and Treasurer. Carol began her career as a commercial lender with United Bank of Denver (now Wells Fargo) and then spent several years as Director of Banking for Johns-Mansville Corporation. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Carol was Vice President and Treasurer of Riverwood International Corporation. Jim Clark joined Boys & Girls Clubs of America as president and CEO in January 2012. He leads a network of 4,300 Boys & Girls Clubs that serve nearly 4 million young people annually in all 50 states, in large cities and small towns, in public housing and on Native lands, and on U.S. military installations across the globe. Ernie Sadau
CHRISTUS Health

Ernie Sadau is responsible for day-to-day operations of CHRISTUS Health and lends extensive expertise in developing programs to improve quality and clinical integration and preparing the organization to capitalize on the opportunities of the future. Ernie joined CHRISTUS as Senior Vice President of Patient and Resident Care Operations in 2006. His title was changed to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2008 as he expanded his role and oversight within the organization. During his tenure with Adventist, Ernie led successful hospital acquisitions and joint ventures; implemented thriving physician recruiting, community relations and employee development programs and developed many necessary medical services in the communities he served, including opening the only freestanding Emergency Room in Illinois and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Ernie holds a master's degree in Hospital Administration from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. Ernie is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives, and was named an Up & Comer by Modern Healthcare magazine in 2000, an award that honors rising young stars in the health care management field.
