SFATC Women's Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Care Staff member. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our center and working closely with individuals in our Christian discipleship program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to our faith-based mission and possess the interpersonal skills needed to create a positive, structured environment. Position Goals: To support the effective operation of the center by assisting staff in daily activities and promoting a positive, faith-based atmosphere in alignment with Teen Challenge policies and procedures. Ultrasonographer - Women's Care - Full-Time, Days - (25010643) Description Ultrasonographer - Women's Care - Full-Time, DaysBring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: 8160 Walnut Hill Lane, Suite 116, Dallas, TX 75231Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Women's Care Department Highlights:If you thrive working in a fast-paced, multi-provider clinic and can handle multiple projects simultaneously, this is the place for you!Join our team members who have strong work ethic, positive attitudes, and support each other thru collaborative teamwork We pride ourselves in being compassionate and empathic to our patients and team Qualifications Here's What You NeedAssociates Degree Ultrasound Technology Graduate of accredited Ultrasound Technology program (required) or Completion of the requirements to be certified by RDMS (required) and ARDMS - American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers Upon Hire (required) and2 years OB/GYN related experience (required) Specific to OB/GYN:Must have experience doing gynecological and obstetrical sonograms to include the following:Normal and abnormal pelvic anatomy Fetal anatomy and biophysical profile Fetal anomalies, including ectopic pregnancies Appropriate measurement techniques in transabdominal and endovaginal scanning Ability to identify what is expected to be seen in all three trimesters of pregnancy Must be comfortable verbally explaining all techniques and views to physician and patient Be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within field Possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism What You Will DoDelivers care to patients utilizing the Ultrasonographer ProcessPerforming diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological and anatomical data. Prepares room for examination, greets patients, and educates patients on procedural information as needed. May schedule and coordinate tests. Processes and manipulates images, analyzes image quality, and troubleshoots as needed. Properly records test results. Operates, cares for, and maintains equipment. Prepares and maintains operational logs and documents malfunction as needed. Maintains equipment and room to sanitary standards. Stocks and orders supplies as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
