What You Will Do: * Maintain the efficient operation of the facility by: o Identify equipment operational and maintenance needs. o Implement preventive maintenance program for plant equipment, machinery and related facilities. o Record mechanical equipment readings and ensure accuracy of records kept. o Maintain plant safety features. o Perform major repair on machinery and to the facility including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry and mechanical equipment. o Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. o Ability to perform rotating on call duties as scheduled. * Perform routine mechanical, electrical, or machining maintenance activities on equipment including lubrication, inspection, replacement of parts, and related plant work activities. * Utilize the CMMS to keep accurate computerized records of activities, time, and materials required?? keeps accurate reports of equipment maintenance and performance. * Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, educational opportunities, and related training.
