Long history of good performance with a focus on our real growth goals.

Too many junior untested people are getting promoted. TI is losing their senior experienced base too quickly.

How did you prepare for the Texas Instruments interview?

Researching to corporate culture and team performance. I would reach out to anyone familiar with the group and try to get insight on the true objectives and how decisions were made.

How does your compensation at Texas Instruments compare to the industry average?

Generally, very competitive, but not outstanding.

What's the diversity at Texas Instruments like?

I haven't seen any workplace bias in decades. We operate internationally and have a very diverse team.
