Motivate and ensure internal and client teams are working on the project plan schedule and solution obstacles and issues that arise. Work closely with the Delivery Lead and Solution Architects to steer the project delivery within the Budget and Scope Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs. Initiate the change request process if needed. Track financials such as Baseline estimate, burn rates and resource leveling and communicate appropriately. Plan and schedule working sessions and key milestone related sessions depending on the specific phase of the project. Ensure the quality of deliverables by establishing standards and quality control mechanisms. Senior Manager, Export Compliance THE ROLE: The Sr. Export Compliance Manager manages the development and maintenance of AMD's internal US export control program.
