As a Founder and Chief Technology Officer in Residence at the Texas Medical Centre (TMC) Innovation in Houston, Odero works with other talented innovators from diverse backgrounds to quickly bring breakthrough products to market. Odero's work involves collaborating with various key stakeholders from TMC member institutions ($25B in annual revenue), a global network of advisors and embedded corporate partners within the broader American healthcare ecosystem.

Denise Castillo-Rhodes is Chief Financial Officer of Texas Medical Center, where she oversees accounting, finance, billing and collections, and tax compliance.

Outside of her work at Texas Medical Center, Castillo-Rhodes serves on several advisory boards, including Post Oak Montessori School, The Audit and Finance Committee of Medical Bridges, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Ticket Services, Greater Houston Partnership’s Executive Women’s Partnership, and Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Castillo-Rhodes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. She is a certified public accountant and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Isaac Middleton is the Chief Operating Officer of the Texas Medical Center. He is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as developing and driving critical initiatives in support of Texas Medical Center’s strategic vision. Isaac joined Texas Medical Center in 2020.

Isaac previously served as a management consultant where he focused on strategy, operations, and capital excellence across the Logistics, Transportation, Real Estate, and High Tech industries. Isaac led global teams working on top-priority strategic initiatives for his clients throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to consulting, Isaac served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, during this time he deployed to Iraq as part of a Light Armored Reconnaissance battalion.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Marquette University, and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.
