TMLT CEO and leadership

Bob Donohoe joined TMLT in January 2012 and was named President and CEO in July 2014. He previously served a variety of roles at TMLT, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Vice President.

He joined TMLT from Aon Benfield, where he served as Managing Director with primary responsibilities of developing and maintaining client relationships, education and training, systems integration, and strategic planning. In 2007, Bob served as Director of Risk Management for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, establishing a newly formed risk management department to address the insurance and risk management needs of the 53 MnSCU campuses.

From 2000 to 2007, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of John B. Collins Associates, Inc., and served on the board of directors for Collins, Collins UK, and Collins Bermuda. Finally, from 1987 to 2000, he was Senior Vice President at E.W. Blanch Co., a global reinsurance intermediary.

Bob was graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hamline University in 1987 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics. He received his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1992.

John Devin joined TMLT as a Claims Supervisor in 1993. He began his insurance career in 1987 with the Travelers Companies in San Antonio.

Mr. Devin served TMLT as Regional Manager in Claims from 1995 until 2007. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Claims and Risk Management in 2007. He served that role until 2012, when he was named Vice President of Product Development and Consulting Services. In 2014, he was named Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Devin now serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Devin oversees Claims, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Risk Management, and Cyber Consulting Services.

Mr. Devin is a 1986 graduate of St. Mary’s University where he received a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance.

Vincent Kasch has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining TMLT, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Financial Industries Corporation and Texas Mutual Insurance Company. He came to TMLT in 2008, and is responsible for the financial operations and reporting of the company.

Mr. Kasch received a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Texas A&M University with honors. He earned a CPA designation in 1986.

Charles Chip Ott is a President and Chief Executive Officer at Texas Medical Liability Trust (TMLT) and is based in Austin, Texas.
