Credentialing & Compliance
Collect, review, and track required credentials for healthcare staff, including:
Professional licenses
Certifications (e.g., BLS)
Background screening documentation
Verify license status and track expiration dates
Proactively manage renewals and missing documentation
Maintain complete, audit-ready credential files
Onboarding Coordination
Manage onboarding from acceptance through deployment readiness
Communicate clearly with candidates regarding documentation requirements and deadlines
Ensure all onboarding requirements are met prior to submission or scheduling
Flag delays or compliance issues early
Documentation & Systems
Upload, organize, and maintain documents within internal systems
