The pros of working at Texas Roadhouse is one of our main things is the culture of our company is absolutely amazing.
In my experience, the cons of working at Texas Roadhouse is honestly none. I love everything about the company that I work for.
My favorite benefit at Texas Roadhouse is not LA being able to coach in develop managers and training, but our stock option in 401(k) is outstanding.
What I like best about the leadership of Texas Roadhouse is they listen and taken to consideration all of your ideas.
But I would improve about Texas Roadhouse is giving the store management more ability to go into field support for each store.

The representation of diverse demographics within our organization is phenomenal. They are always looking to grow and develop the management teams and promote within.

That some other coworkers didn't understand how tough the job could be on the busy days. Saying that the job is easy. But I never took it personally.

A lot of the customers where very nice and tipped well! I even had a few customers come back and ask for me by name.
The staff/environment. Some staff made it very uncomfortable for me to come into work everyday, which made me not feel comfortable in my work environment.

Intense working, hustle to get customers out, up sale to make more money, get them out the door fast so you can make more money)

Great environment, open availability and flexible scheduling, room for growth, lots of teaching and learning opportunities, over fun job.
Easy to get burnt out, late work hours, sometimes management can be lacking.

It was a fun place to work at everyone was very friendly, and it was like a family.
We had got our schedule every week so we couldn’t really plan ahead for stuff sometimes so it would be hard.
