Pros of working at Texas Southern University

Helping underrepresented minority students would be a pro, but it is hard to help students due to corruption. Money that could be used to help students sometimes ends up in the pockets of friends and families of a Department Chair. Another pro could be the location of being in Houston, but higher administrators sometimes refuse to process paperwork that allows collaboration with area universities as well as other opportunities because of incompetent administrators and their incompetent administrative assistants. A pro could be a predominantly Black environment for a Black person, but female professors (including Black) are blatantly discriminated against, lied about to students, bullied, and harassed. Some of the unqualified Black men at TSU and their unqualified male colleagues from Muslim countries go out of their way to destroy the careers of highly qualified women based on blatant lies, misogyny and sexism. Qualified Black men (especially those from Nigeria) are wonderful to work with. Basically, there are no pros. This is a horrible place for a professor unless you are thug from the ghetto or someone from a country where women are treated as property. The unqualified ghetto thugs, their unqualified girlfriends and unqualified men with a Hamas mentality have taken over most university administrative positions.

Cons of working at Texas Southern University

Lies, corruption, kangaroo courts, extremely corrupt Human Resources Department that conspires with higher administrative offices like the Provost’s Office to build cases against hard-working Professors based 100% on lies. I have seen excellent tenured Professors fired based on 100% lies. Good workers are punished because of the jealousy of those who do nothing. University policies, State Laws, Federal Laws are never followed. It is all about who’s friend with whom. Some secretaries are paid higher than TSU Professors, depending on who the secretary is in bed with.

Texas Southern University benefits

Run, do not walk from this place!

What do you like best about Texas Southern University's CEO and the leadership team?

Presidents work hard, but so much inbred corruption.

How would you improve Texas Southern University's culture?

All unqualified thugs in suits and their girlfriends need to be fired.

How did you prepare for the Texas Southern University interview?

DO NOT WORK HERE!

How does your compensation at Texas Southern University compare to the industry average?

No pay raise for Professors in over 10 years, while $250K administrators and their secretaries get annual raises.

What's the diversity at Texas Southern University like?

There are man qualified women and men at TSU, but they are literally barred from holding administrative positions. Unqualified Black men and unqualified Muslim men had turned TSU into a Russian-like prison where they are the prison guards.

What brings you the most joy at Texas Southern University?

Helping the few students who did not believe the lies spread about me by jealous, unqualified men and their ghetto secretaries.
