This is a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track position in the area of Human Nutrition and Food.
Responsibilities:
Teach courses in dietetics that support both the subject of Human Nutrition and Food and the Dietetic Internship program.
Serve as Director of the Dietetic Internship (DI) Program (50%) with the following responsibilities: develop policy and procedures for effectively managing all components of the program.
Provide recruitment, advisement, evaluation, registration duties, and counseling to interns.
Maintain the maintenance of program accreditation, including timely submission of fees, reports, and requests/updates for major program changes to ACEND as needed.
Conduct the ACEND Program Assessment Report of accreditation standards and submit it by a stipulated date.
Review and document yearly pass rate results and make changes as necessary.
Establish an ongoing review of the program's curriculum to meet the accreditation standards.
Communicate and coordinate with program faculty, preceptors, and others involved with the program.
Facilitate processes for continuous program evaluation and student learning outcomes assessment.
Submit required documentation supporting the graduate's eligibility for a Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentialing exam promptly.

Position Description/ Job Duties
Video Production: Shoot, edit, and produce engaging and professional-quality video content for a variety of purposes, including promotional videos, interviews, events, green screen and social media reels.
Collaboration: Work closely with the university videographer to understand project goals and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall video strategy.
Equipment Management: Handle and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition. This includes cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other relevant tools.
Post-Production: Edit and polish raw footage to create compelling videos. Add graphics, music, and other elements as needed. Ensure the final product meets quality standards and aligns with Abilene Christian University's brand.
Stay Updated: Manage video production timelines and deliverables. Pay attention to social media trends and emerging techniques in videography. Apply this knowledge to enhance the quality and innovation of video projects.
Preferred Availability
