The Work-Study Student Assistant, under general supervision, will assist the department in which they are hired with daily operations, special projects, and other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor.
The Department of Financial Aid at Prairie View A&M University seeks to establish a pool of qualified applicants for potential employment in future Work-Study Student Assistant Positions, for the fall 2025 and spring 2026 semester. This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position. Hours will vary based on departmental needs, and may not exceed 20 hours per week. Student may work ONLY while classes are in session (for fall 2025: August 25, 2025 - December 10, 2025 and for spring 2025: January 20, 2026 - May 13, 2026).
Responsibilities:
