Texas Woman's University Leadership

As a first-gen college student who grew up in rural Alaska in a family-owned commercial fishing operation, Christopher has overcome many traditional barriers to higher education to complete both a bachelor’s and master’s of science in mathematics with a minor in computer science and physics. He is a champion for inclusion and patron of the arts. One of his favorite hobbies is reading 18th century British literature including Austen, Brontës, Hardy, Dickens, and Eliot.

Robert Placido is an Associate Provost for Technology and CIO at TEXAS WOMAN'S UNIVERSITY and Vice Chan of Academic Affairs at University of Maine System and is based in Orono, Maine. He has worked as Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at University of Maine System, Merchandise Flow Manager at TARGET CORP, and Senior Systems Consulting Engineer at OPTIKA SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. Robert attended University of North Texas between 2010 and 2013, Southern Methodist University between 2006 and 2008, and University of North Texas between 2014 and 2014.

Bill Palmertree is a Vice President for Technology and CIO at TEXAS WOMAN'S UNIVERSITY and is based in Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Cindy Mayes is an Assistant to the Associate Provost for Technology & CIO at TEXAS WOMAN'S UNIVERSITY and is based in Denton, Texas.

Cindy Pollard is a Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at TEXAS WOMAN'S UNIVERSITY and is based in Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
