Interviewing with Textio
When it comes to interviewing with Textio, no games will be played. The company knows what it is looking for and makes cultural fit a very high priority. The interview has been described as overall pretty tough but completely worth it. The first round is a phone screen with a recruiter that could last anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Round 2 is a 45-minute in-person meeting with the hiring manager. This is a great time for you to express your interest and ask as many questions as you can.
