Perform a broad range of Material duties associated with assigned tasks within Materials department

In this position, you will perform maintenance operations on F-18 aircraft, F-18 aircraft equipment, F-18 engines, F-18 components, and systems in accordance with DOD, manufacturer, company, supplier and other directives in support of aircraft modification.
Job Duties:
Performs a variety of operations to assemble and make major assembly structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads, and structural subassemblies such as rudders, flaps, and stabilizers.
Aligns parts on jigs using templates and fixtures. Performs such minor part-fitting operations as filing, sawing, burring, crimping, trimming, framing, riveting, drilling, and reaming.
Measures parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
May modify incomplete and complete assemblies to incorporate changes to structure.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Basic Qualifications:

* Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive change strategies aligned to program objectives, business outcomes, and change standards that address the unique challenges and opportunities associated with the modernization of the ERP, MES, and PDM systems
* Partner with program leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to align, equip, and activate a coalition/network of change champions, including coaching on roles and best practices to drive desired culture and sustained engagement
* Conduct assessments and synthesize data to measure business readiness and change impacts, defining measurable criteria and recommendations to inform integrated delivery plans that foster buy-in and address resistance
* Design and drive stakeholder engagement and communications activities, ensuring timely, consistent, targeted, and two-way communication across impacted audiences
* Plan, design, and facilitate stakeholder workshops, end-user training, and enablement activities that create practical experiences for knowledge-transfer and capability-building
* Establish and monitor adoption, sentiment, and performance metrics, using data and feedback loops to adjust strategies and accelerate benefits realization
* Identify, assess, and proactively manage change risks and resistance, partnering with program and business leaders to develop reinforcement and mitigation strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Position Responsibilities:
* Understands Threat Management and Threat Assessment principles and practices
* Partners with site Security and Fire Operations Leaders, the Law Department, Corporate Investigations, Human Resources, Health Services, Employee Assistance Program, and other functions such as Ethics, Labor Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Employee Corrective Action

* Creates an interview strategy for gathering information, understand reports from internal functions and external agencies including what the information means, and how the information is relevant to the case
* Conducts multidisciplinary threat management meetings
* Provides guidance and consultation regarding threatening behavior, threats and acts of violence to management and employees
* Develops and releases leadership notifications for threat management incidents
* Develops, designs and delivers Threat Management training, education, resources and tools to a variety of audiences
* Researches, understands and applies appropriate state laws, international laws, local laws, federal laws (i.e., employment, regulatory, criminal, civil) and/or customer requirements
* Supports Employee Correct Action (ECA) organization and the Employee Corrective Action Review Board (ECARB) process as a subject matter expertise in the field of threat management and threat assessment
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* 5+ years of experience with Threat Management and/or Threat Assessment
