    Description:This position is for a Level 2 Systems Engineer. The candidate will perform sustainment data analysis and will architect sustainment data solutions on the F-35 Reprogramming Labs (RL) consisting of unique F-35 Partner, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and US Electronic Warfare Research Laboratories which are critical to mission success for each customer's fleet. The RLs are located in Eglin AFB, Florida, and some on-site travel may be required. This role requires frequent customer interface, generating informal sustainment reports, and generating contractual customer data deliveries. The candidate will attend and support regular program management and customer sustainment data reviews, including customers from the US, Australia, UK, Norway, Italy. Detail tasks include reviewing lab and supplier failure reports, tracking repairs and failures, analyzing failure trends, proposing corrective actions to improve lab availability and reduce sustainment cost, calculating fielded lab reliability, architecting and programing automated data entry process, performing lab utilization and availability analysis, Reliability Prediction roll-ups, and monitoring / utilizing existing Advanced Technical Logistics Application System (ATLAS) and Autonomic Logistics Information Systems (ALIS) processes. Other tasks include Maintenance Repair Concepts, Level of Repair analysis, creation of Maintainability SMR Codes, and presentation at the SMR code Review board. The candidate will work closely with multiple teams from Mission Systems and Lab teams to monitor updates and maintain the Maintenance Significant Items and Maintenance Critical Items database used for sparing and sustainment improvements assessments. The candidate will perform spares analysis tailored for a single critical reprograming lab, including tracking single point failures that can cause the lab to be inoperable. Spares analysis includes incorporating impact of DMS assessments, COTS items with short life cycles, and tech refresh and update programs that impact the Maintenance Significant Item (MSI) List.
