There is no diversity. Office all white that are separated by an building. BLG1 white people with benefits of having air conditioning and heat with a lunch room, work from 9-5 mon-friday. BLG2 and BLG3 black people no air, no heat work long 10-12 hour

Poor HR support for employees. Cost of healthcare insurance is ridiculously high. Immature inexperienced kids refuse to listen to mature experienced coworkers.

Pay for performance

Allowed me to travel worldwide to experience many different areas and cultures.

They encourage growth and a diverse experience for their employees.

If anything, I would say that they are not as collaborative as I would have hoped.
