General Summary
The Sales Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.
Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
Forward any customer complaint that cannot be handled to a member of management.
Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.
Store Operations
Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment.
Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
Assist with maintaining back stock levels.
Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.
Assist with merchandise resets through the store.
Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e. price changes, special orders.
Ensure signage is current throughout the store.
Operate forklift with proper training.
Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up.
Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales idea to General Manager.
Participate in store meetings.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Operational Excellence Leader at our manufacturing site in Parsons, Kansas, plays a critical role in driving the Power Flame Inc Lean Systems throughout the organization. This leader is responsible for advancing strategy deployment, implementing lean methodologies, and aligning plant-level initiatives with corporate strategic goals. The role reports to the General Manager and the Astec corporate team to ensure cohesion in strategy and execution.
KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the deployment of the Hoshin Kanri strategy framework at the plant and Power Flame business unit level to ensure alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.
Plan and facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events that drive measurable improvements across manufacturing, sales, and support functions.
Implement core Lean Systems and tools such as 5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, TPM, and continuous flow to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Champion and oversee the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), including the implementation of pillars like autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, quality maintenance, and early equipment management.
Design and deliver structured Lean and TPM training programs that teach tools, principles, and cultural behaviors across all organizational levels, ensuring understanding and practical application.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across both shop floor and office operations, supporting functional leaders in achieving performance targets.
Coach and mentor employees and leaders in structured problem-solving methods such as A3 thinking to build capability and foster ownership.
Act as a hands-on liaison between the site and corporate teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication across all improvement initiatives.
Support capital investment planning by conducting ROI analysis and evaluating the operational impact of proposed projects.
Develop and maintain True North Boards and PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity, Cost) dashboards to ensure performance visibility and alignment with business objectives.
Integrate Lean thinking into onboarding and leadership development programs to reinforce a culture of continuous improvement from day one.
Build internal problem-solving capability by coaching teams to sustain gains and independently lead improvement efforts.

This position will work under the direction of the Director of the Behavior Stabilization Unit to provide assistance with the assessment, development, and implementation of behavioral services using Applied Behavior Analytic/Positive Behavior Support procedures for individuals admitted to the Behavior Stabilization Unit. The person in this position must be able to observe and record individual target behavior accurately to carry out assessment, treatment intervention, consultation and staff training functions; implement function-based interventions as written in the individual's behavior support plan written by the Director or person certified to write behavior support plans; provide ongoing data collection and data analysis to determine effectiveness of treatment interventions; and must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with individuals, colleagues, clinicians, medical providers, and supervisors either through personal contact, telephone, or in written format. Additionally, this position will provide daily direct care supports, skills training objectives, and assist with the implementation and monitoring of ICF/IDD program activities for the individuals on the unit. This position will include weekend and holiday shifts. Further, if the Behavior Stabilization Unit is experiencing low census or staffing needs, the person in this position may be temporarily assigned to another area/cottage to serve as direct care staff based on facility needs.

Trainees in this position will be working under the direction of the BSU's Program Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Director.

Must be able to observe and respond to residents in distress.
Parsons State Hospital is funded in part by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and is subject to requirements bestowed by Federal and State levels of government conditions of participation.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Criteria:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board within 3 months of employment.
Preferred Criteria:
* Four years' experience in psychology, social work, special education, or human services related field; or
* Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; or
* Knowledge in intellectual disability, mental illness, positive behavior support, essential lifestyle planning, and person-centered support programs; experience in providing services to persons with disabilities.
* One-year experience planning, organizing, and directing the work of a department, program or agency. Education may be substituted as determined by the relevant agency.

Primary advocate for families enrolled in the home-base or center -based option. To provide in-home instruction as well as a group socialization experience to parents and children (infants/toddlers) which will enhance the parents ability to fill the role of primary nurturer of their child. Maintain on-going contact with families and work with all other components (health, nutrition, family services, mental health, special services, parent education and resource/referral) to integrate services into the family setting. Your Role as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA):

Work with the district manager to accomplish the following:
Price gasoline, diesel fuel, and propane at all locations; including special prices, and any allowable discounts.
Prepare annual budgets for sales, expenses, and additions to fixed assets at plant(s).
Submit sales goals for propane, refined oils, motor oils and greases.
Supervise and evaluate assigned employees.
Train customer service representative(s) in the safe handling and dispensing of petroleum products, especially propane.
Manage employees to assure the following aspects of each plant's business activity are accomplished:
Daily sales reporting and deposits.

Valid driver's license
