Responsibilities for the Production Worker Positions: Work a fast paced production line Load and unload machines with bottles Assists with line setup/clears and other production tasks Perform continuous quality inspection to very labels are placed correctly onto bottles Utilizing a computer to adjust the machinery that sets up the labels Packing filled bottles into boxes Loading boxes on to pallets Lifting/Stacking 50 lb Clean and sweep area during downtime Compensation for the Production Worker Positions: Starting pay is $15/hour Hours for the Production Worker Positions: The hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Requirements for Production Worker candidates: A minimum of 1 year of prior production experience A solid work history is a must!     Wire EDM Machine Operator has the ability to run multiple machines effectively and efficiently on a continuous basis and can identify problems during the production run, position work pieces, and inspect parts on a daily basis using various types of inspection equipment. Job Function: Performs required operations on Wire EDM/multi-axis machines, including loading and unloading of parts, part inspection, electrode preparation and changing; Cleans and performs preventive maintenance and minor adjustments of assigned equipment; Prepares various logs and records to document machine operation and daily production, enters required data into computer; Moves/transports parts to appropriate location as needed; Maintains safe, clean and orderly work areas; Receives, reviews, and /or refers to various records or reports including travelers, SOP, shift reports, safety sheets, etc.; Prepares labor sheets and non-conformance forms; Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals including the immediate supervisor, co-workers, and other shop personnel; Operates wire machine, grinders, micrometers, gauges, various power tools, computer, etc.; Performs related duties as required. This role requires flexibility, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to follow both written and verbal instructions. This role operates on a 3-3-2 rotating schedule with every other weekend off. Available shifts include A and C Shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM) and B and D Shifts (7:00 PM-7:00 AM). Key Responsibilities: Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Install triggers, gaskets, tampers, vent plugs, metal/plastic spouts, and metal/plastic handles manually or with installer devices. Apply silicone to lids using a brush when required. Identify and report any product that does not meet quality standards before packing. Use a tape gun as needed to assemble boxes for lids. Operate the Child Warning Stamper to apply labels to pails. Accurately complete all required production and reject paperwork for your shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Job Requirements: Must be able to lift and handle a maximum of 20 pounds repetitively occasionally Good hand and eye coordination a must Detail orientated and organized Perform work from a standing position is required Note: All work is performed in a manufacturing environment that may be hot or cold, and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times (such as safety glasses and other protection as needed).
