Home Innovation Research Labs is the premier provider of marketing research services to manufacturers of construction-related products, their trade associations, and government agencies in housing studies. It also houses a life-size research home within its state-of-the-art focus group and laboratory facility. This house is built to scale for conducting usability studies of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
We are seeking a Senior Construction Market Research Analyst to lead qualitative and quantitative research, conduct analysis, and report the findings to our building product manufacturer and service clients.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and support qualitative and quantitative marketing research projects
Includes research design, project scheduling, budgeting, conduct, analysis, and report writing
Apply knowledge of construction and marketing research to develop marketing and communications strategies for the nation's leading manufacturers and service suppliers
Analyze Home Innovation's extensive building products demand data, uncover relevant market trends, and report or present the findings
Maintain relationships with client and research vendors
Identify and develop strategic relationships with clients and research contractors
Skills, Education and Experience:
Two or more years in a construction-related field is Preferred, possessing a good understanding of the construction industry, materials, and processes
Three or more years in a marketing research function
Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities
Skilled in analysis, report writing, and client presentations
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or behavioral science discipline is required, Master's degree a PLUS

Role Overview

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory, or Life Sciences systems.
Hands-on exposure to RIM platforms (AgilePV, Veeva RIM, ArisGlobal RIMS, Ennov, etc.) or equivalent regulatory systems.
Experience working with submission dossiers (eCTD/CTD), sequences, and lifecycle management.
Understanding of EMA, FDA, and ICH regulatory submission requirements.
