Job Title: Senior Design Engineer Aircraft Structural Design - Wing / Fuselage Tata Technologies is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design and integration of fuselage and wing structures for utility aircraft using 3DEXPERIENCE tools. Interface with certification authorities to ensure regulatory alignment. Optimize structural designs for weight, performance, and cost efficiency. Apply deep knowledge of metallic and composite materials to enhance structural integrity and reduce weight. Support prototypes build and flight test campaigns, ensuring design intent is met. Knowledge / Experience 5-10 years of experience in aerospace structural design. Bachelor's degree in aerospace / mechanical engineering Proficiency in CATIA V5, ENOVIA, and 3DEXPERIENCE. Good understanding of composite and metallic structures. Well versed with composite modelling best practices and design principles. Familiarity with aerospace certification standards (FAR 23 & FAR 27) Exposure to eVTOL or UAV platforms is a plus. Project management and presentation skills

This req is for a level 5 AGM-158 Weapons System Engineering and Integration Leader. This candidate will be responsible for integration and oversight of all aspects of weapon system engineering processes including configuration control and management across multiple products, requirements development and documentation, requirements coordination and integration, traceability and flow down, specification development (system, segment, and component) support, review support and management, as well as systems engineering coordination across the AGM-158 Flex enterprise. Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Model Based Space Systems Engineer (Senior Project Engineer - Digital Systems Engineering) to drive the planning, execution, and management of complex MBSE and DE projects and project portfolios. The role requires a deep understanding of MBSE and DE concepts, methodologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices to enhance the acquisition and realization of space and defense systems encompassing systems architecture, design, analysis, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, project portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration with Aerospace program offices and ETG organizations within a dynamic and innovative environment. What You'll Be Doing * Plan, execute, and lead MBSE and DE R&D initiatives and projects, ensuring integration of systems engineering best practices. * Provide oversight of project teams developing descriptive models using open-standard modeling languages (SysML, UAFML, BPMN) and industry-recognized tools (e.g., Cameo, Sparx EA, Rhapsody). * Guide project teams through the full system development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. * Drive innovation and best practices in MBSE, ensuring alignment with industry trends and organizational, and customer goals. * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including software, hardware, and domain experts, to develop and analyze system models in the systems acquisition and realization lifecycle. * Author, publish, and present papers, presentations, and training material on MBSE topics of mutual interest to Aerospace and customers. * Participate in MBSE and DE related standards organizations and profession society working groups (e.g., OMG, INCOSE, Digital Twin Consortium, AIAA, IEEE) representing Aerospace interests. * Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers on MBSE principles, practices, and tools.
