Pros of working at The Alden Network

Working with the residents, families, physicians, and the NPs.

Cons of working at The Alden Network

Alden is a network that takes full advantage of their employees. They continuously add on more and more job tasks to your title, yet can’t add a pay increase. Everyone is underpaid doing work that everyone at corporate should be doing. You get fired if you say anything. Which is why I left the company.

The Alden Network benefits

Nothing. Alden doesn’t provide perks or benefits. The 401K isn’t even employee matched as claimed. Corporate gets everything and facility staff get nothing.

What do you like best about The Alden Network's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. The CEO is clueless to the abuse and mistreatment of facility staff from the expectations of the VPs and regionals. No care is given. Alden is a corporate greed company.

How would you improve The Alden Network's culture?

Corporate needs to wake up and see that their facility roles and expectations are not a reality. There is too much going on in a facility within an 8 hour shift. Staff cannot be trying to exceed extra unnecessary job duties. Job duties that corporate should be handling themselves.

How did you prepare for the The Alden Network interview?

I reviewed the company website and did some online research.

How does your compensation at The Alden Network compare to the industry average?

It doesn’t. The only roles at facility level who earn high compensations are the DON, ADON, and administrator. Not sure what they actually do all day besides delegate their duties onto other staff members and sit around and talk about everyone. They are rarely seen out of their office.

What's the diversity at The Alden Network like?

Alden is a diverse network. They at least have that going for them.

What brings you the most joy at The Alden Network?

Working with the residents and their family members.
