Purna Rodman Conare is a President and CEO at Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey and is based in Greater New York City Area. He has worked as Executive Director at Action Wellness, Health Systems Consultant at Hospitals in Southern California & New York City, and Co-Founder and Member at SALGA Philadelphia - (South Asian Lesbian & Gay Association). Purna works or has worked as Member and Board of Trustees at Friends of Harmony Village Inc and Trustee/Vice President at Viram Foundation Inc. He attended University of California Santa Barbara between 1974 and 1977 and Harvard University between 1978 and 1980.

John Van Cleef is a Chief Executive Officer at Community Resource Center and is based in San Diego, California. He has worked as Director at Palomar Health, Executive Manager at YMCA OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY, and Executive Director at The Salvation Army. John attended George Fox University between 2005 and 2006 and Fuller Theological Seminary between 2010 and 2015.

Kathleen has been with The Arc Baltimore since 2001. She started in the field 36 years ago as a volunteer, then worked in direct support positions before moving into managerial roles at several organizations before coming to The Arc. She received a BS degree in Psychology and Philosophy from The University of Scranton in 1987 and a MS in Special Education with concentration in Business from Johns Hopkins University in 1991. She is a Past President of the Maryland Association of Community Services (MACS), a graduate and board member of Leadership Baltimore County, and a member of the Baltimore County Commission on Disabilities. She serves on numerous State level task forces charged with the transformation of supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In 2015, she was honored as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women by The Daily Record.
