Position Summary:
We are looking for an Employee Benefits Representative who can help employees navigate and understand their workplace benefits offering by providing support at their programs and/or in the main office. This role requires benefits knowledge, strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
This role requires flexibility to work one evening and one weekend day.
What We Need:
Support the day to day administration of employee benefit offerings including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, and other voluntary benefits
Help guide employees through benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations
Assist in the administration of employee leaves of absence (LOA), FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs
Maintain accurate records and ensure data is updated in HRIS
Assist with the management of the Worker's Comp Program
Collaborate with the Benefits team on projects and administrative task
Provide support during audits, reports, and wellness initiatives
Manage shared Benefits inbox
What You Need:
3+ years Human Resource experience required
Employee Benefits and Leaves experience required
Some Employee Relations experience
Valid driver's license
Excellent computer skills, including Google and MS Office Suites
Highly organized and detail oriented
Self-starter that is eager to learn
Excellent customer service skills

Position Summary:
The Animal Care Manager is assigned to Administration with a primary focus on Pet Care Services. This role oversees the development, implementation, and management of all pet care and animal-related services within the agency, including residential pet ownership, potential fostering programs, vocational pet care opportunities, educational programming, community partnerships, and the exploration of pet-related business or rescue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Implementation
Develop and implement structured lesson plans, hands-on-experience, and educational modules focused on pet care, responsible ownership, and animal welfare.
Support vocational programming that provides participants with opportunities to learn pet care skills that may lead to employment or volunteer placements
Community Outreach & Partnerships:

General Duties:
Maintain compliance with all safety, licensing, and animal welfare laws.
Track program data and outcomes for reporting and continuous improvement.
Safety & care Oversight:
Maintain the daily safety and security of all Pet Care spaces.
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all assigned animal care areas.
Oversee the health and welfare of animals involved in agency programs.
Develop policy, procedure, & training to ensure the daily safety, security, and cleanliness & organization of all assigned animal care areas.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of professional animal care or shelter experience (management experience preferred).
Strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and husbandry.
Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately, including those with behavioral or medical challenges.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods).
Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.
Valid driver's license (if required by organization).
Preferred Skills
Veterinary technician experience or training.
Certification in animal handling, behavior, or shelter operations.

What We Need:
1. Goal Development Process Oversight (Structure and Workflow)
Design and manage the standardized agency-wide process for developing ISP goals.
Establish clear workflows for assessments, interdisciplinary contributions, family/guardian input, and final goal creation.
Ensure goals are measurable, aligned with assessments, and consistent.
Train and guide key staff to follow the structured system for goal development.
2. Goal Creation and Therap Implementation
Oversee the consistent creation of ISP goals and translation of those goals into Therap ISP Programs.
Maintain standardized formats, templates, naming conventions, and system rules within Therap.
Ensure Therap entries are accurate, complete, and aligned with the structured development process.
Serve as the organizational subject-matter expert for ISP components in Therap.
3. Goal Tracking System
Define the structure, frequency, and expectations for goal tracking across programs.
Ensure staff understand and follow the standardized method of documenting progress in Therap.
Build processes that allow for consistent monitoring of progress without directly performing audits.
4. Goal Outcome and Achievement Framework
Develop the agency's framework for defining, measuring, and reporting goal outcomes.
Ensure that programs understand how to determine whether goals are met, partially achieved, or require revision.
Establish reporting expectations for teams to summarize progress at quarterly and annual intervals.
Support selection and design of goals that lead to meaningful outcomes that support progression within programs.
5. System Integrity and Quality of the Process
Ensure the processes, workflows, templates, and staff practices produce consistent, reliable ISP documentation.
Maintain the integrity of consumer planning data by ensuring uniform practices, language, and documentation standards.
Serve as the steward of the ISP process, ensuring the system remains compliant and efficient.
What You Need:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills.
Strong knowledge and expertise in Therap.
Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 suspensions and/or moving violations in the past 3 years.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT DAY PROGRAM MANAGER
As the Assistant Day Program Manager, you begin each shift ready to help adults with developmental disabilities live their best lives as independently as possible. You have made it your mission to ensure the comfort and safety of each client. In our residential group home, you assist our residents with activities of daily living such as administering medication, cooking meals, performing personal hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments.
You also assist in the implementation of individual behavioral plans. Using effective teaching and mentoring techniques, you teach them new skills and help them achieve goals. Based on each individual's preferences and behavioral plans, you encourage their interests and drive them to community outings and recreational activities. You are happy to help them find greater access to the community. You are conscientious about reporting any concerns about their health and safety and keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date.
In addition to the above-mentioned direct care job duties, the Assistant Group Home Manager is closely involved with the operations of the group home. You will assist the Group Home Manager with things such as staff scheduling, budgeting, communication with doctors' offices and parents/guardians, perform fire drills, and more. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Behavior Shift Manager who will lead a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to individuals in our residential program for two group homes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision of the Behavioral Team
Oversees caseload assignments and ensures that adequate behavior coverage is provided, including with new emerging needs.
Protect and promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
Trains "behavior monitors" on behavior plans.
Serves as the primary liaison to all other departments.
Coordinate with medical departments on behavioral issues.
Monitor medication administration and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
Maintain compliance with agency policies, licensing regulations, and DDD guidelines.
Handle emergencies or behavioral escalations promptly and appropriately.
Qualifications
Associates degree in relevant field and minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in Residential settings or a High School Diploma.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities highly preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
Demonstrated success in leading teams and overseeing initiatives.
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 25 lbs., standing, and walking for extended periods.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must work minimum of 4 shifts per month at any support program
Substitute Direct Support Professionals may be pulled to work at other locations by the On-Call Manager/Director, therefore, Program Orientation must be completed for each support location within the county selected to work. Program sites are located in Somerville, Hillsborough, South Bound Brook & Raritan.
Communicate any availability changes to your Supervisor
Reply to any voicemail/email within a 24-hour timeframe
Review and comply with Training Policy and complete all mandatory trainings in a timely manner. Rescheduling of trainings must be done with your Supervisor

TRAINING
All employees are required to complete 10-15 trainings upon hire and on an ongoing basis. Trainings are a combination of in person, which require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan NJ, and remote, using Go To Meeting. All trainings are paid.

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Direct Support Professionals (BDSPs) to join our Day Program Team in Mercer County. As a Behavioral DSP, you will provide hands-on support to individuals with I/DD who may have behavioral challenges, helping them achieve greater independence and build valuable life skills. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to individuals with behavioral, intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans developed by behavior analysts or specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Recognize signs of escalation, intervene promptly, and use approved behavioral techniques to de-escalate situations.
Accurately record behavioral incidents, progress notes, and other required data.
Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, medical monitoring, and health-related tasks.
Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals served and their families.
Ensure client safety and maintain a secure, clean environment.
Remind and assist clients with medication self-administration (with proper training).
Encourage and promote self-help and independence.
Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions or family situations to supervisors.
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities, providing transportation when needed.
Assist with toileting and other physical care tasks as required.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than three suspensions or points in the past three years).
Prior experience working with individuals with behavioral needs preferred.
Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking.
