Too many to list. The worst part of it is all the hours you put in and still never have enough money to take care of your own needs. The pay is horrible and it’s intolerable to wait every two weeks to get paid a such a low paying job

Start lobbying for better pay for the staff that keep you in a nice paying job. Or I’m the foreseeable future there might not be an ARC to pay your way
Yeah don’t even bother
Decent benefits, appropriate training
The ARC mid hudson bills for services not rendered and literally punishes any staff member that questions their billing practices
