Mission driven, supporting wonderful people

Some management staff good, some not collaborative at all. Lots of management and morale problems over the years.

Some great leadership, some very hard to work with (the "my way is the best way" approach).

Listen to the mid-level workers and staff- they are capable and know the job and people served. Leadership too ready to take the "we know better" approach instead of collaborative.

The mission of The Arc is great, and most of the workers are dedicated to it.
