    Job Description The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is a human services agency that is seeking a Community Participation Instructor for our Community Fusion program. This day program serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Fusion is a day program that was designed as a transitional program for individuals with disabilities to assist them in becoming active citizens in their community. Participants can choose from a variety of activities throughout the day. The Community Participation Instructor will assist these participants in a range of activities of their choice, including community involvement. Carlisle- Full-time: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm (35 hours a week) Rate of pay $15.83 per hour CPARC offers a competitive benefit package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance for full time staff at NO COST for the employee only coverage. Three weeks of paid vacation during the first year of employment. Life insurance, long-term disability, retirement plan and other voluntary benefits.
