Essential Duties:
Partner with TME Manager(s) and SCI leaders at multiple levels and their teams to execute People and Culture strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. This includes assisting and collaborating on the design and implementation of programs, processes, and tools to help set managers and team members up for success
Assist TME Manager with partnering and coaching leaders and Team Members on ensuring advocacy and fairness
Work closely with all Team Members to drive and sustain culture initiatives that focus on engaged Team Members, positive work environment, increased productivity, and retention.
Assist TME Manager with coaching leadership in handling conversations regarding career growth, performance management, compensation, and equity
Serve as support with the onboarding process and PCN processing
Assist in updating and distributing SCI's People and Culture policies and
Assist Team Members and leadership to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations
Review and modify the Team Member handbook where appropriate
Under the direction of the TME Manager, successfully coach and counsel leaders on maintaining positive Team Memberrelations
Collaborate with People and Culture team to champion an environment where we can inspire and develop all people to do their best work
Assist the TME Manager in developing and delivering along with the SCI leadership disciplinary actions and performance improvement plan (PIP), as required

Under the direction of the TME Manager, assist on staffing, compensation, training, performance management, manager capability, and compliance concerns

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration/Management or relevant experience
SHRM or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Experience:

Solid knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm * SCHEDULE CHANGES ARE ONLY MADE BASED ON THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL* Position Overview: A Direct Support Professional plays an integral role in a supported person's life. The DSP will provide assistance, guidance, mentoring, coaching, and teaching in many life areas such as activities of daily living, personal care, life skills, community integration, and transportation navigation. The DSP will assist the supported person in enjoying the life that they want to live and increasing their quality of life by providing excellent services.
Essential Job Functions:
* Individualized supports provided to waiver participants in their own homes, or family homes, to acquire the skills necessary to maximize their independence.
* DSP will support person in accordance with the Person-Centered Plan, Behavior Support Plan (if applicable)
* Staff will be required to utilize agency electronic systems for communication, progress notes, incident report filing, etc.
* Encourage opportunities for decision making, self-help activities, and daily planning"
* Follow schedule agreed upon at the time of hire.
* Share and maintain required documentation of services provided.
* Complete and maintain required trainings in accordance with DDA/State/Company regulations. This includes, and is not limited to, CPR/First-Aid, and Mandt System.
* Report and document incidents within the required timeframe.
* Foster positive, professional relationship with supported persons"
* Document daily progress and maintain bi-weekly and/or monthly activity calendars as needed or directed.
* Attend all trainings, team meetings, and monthly supervisions as required.
* Check and respond to emails daily to maintain proper communication.
* Conduct self in a professional manner at all times when interacting with individual, neighbors, parents, advocates, consultants, and regulatory personnel.
* Driving and community interaction is required. This may include, and is not limited to, attending various events, religious services, or activities.
* Staff will be required to utilize agency electronic systems for communication, time and attendance, progress notes, incident report filing, etc.
* Must have own reliable transportation that is safe, smoke-free, with adequate insurance coverage. Must provide a 1-year driving record with no more than 3 points on your record.
* Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Division Director.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Training and Experience:
Preferred DDA core competencies, Mandt Systems Training, CPR / First Aid, MTTP
Experience working with people with IDD/DD preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements: Applicant must be able to walk, stand, and sit for up to 8 hours. Person Applicant must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more based on assigned supported person (using health and safety lifting / turning techniques or assistive devices).
