Management does not care about the wellbeing of their staff or the participants we serve
That is was a Monday-Friday job, paid holidays
Don’t know much about the new CEO. The new CEO wouldn’t even say hello to you in the hallways or even look at you. She always kept her head down.
By getting rid of the people who work there that are not there to follow and respect the mission

It doesn’t there are other places that pay more
A lot of transphobia amongst staff which we did have training about but nobody wanted to listen or pay attention. Even the HR lady admitted to misgendering someone which should’ve been grounds for immediate termination. Not a lot of POC either
