Flexibility, insurance on your first day.

Cons of working at The Arc of North Carolina

HR and the Chief Operating Officer are best friends with a little power and the push people around and lie constantly on employees to get their way. The Executive Director is a coward who does whatever they say for some reason.

If you are referring to the COO...not a thing.

Getting rid of the COO, Executive Director and the HR Directly and getting more qualified people to run it.

It doesn't, but I knew the salary when I started, I just wasn't aware that I would also be doing other people's jobs as well with not compensation for that.
