Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Invoice Auditing
Oversee the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, approvals, and timely disbursement of payments.
Audit vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Cash Flow Management
Monitor cash flow projections to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
Manage AP aging reports to prioritize payments while optimizing working capital.
Develop and implement strategies to balance outgoing payments with incoming revenue.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to forecast cash needs and adjust spending accordingly.
Budget Management & Expense Control
Assist in creating and managing operational budgets for restaurant locations.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
Collaborate with leadership to set spending limits and track expenses against budgets.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify efficiencies and automation opportunities in AP and financial workflows.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Three or more years of experience in accounts payable, cash flow, or general accounting (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial processes.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Restaurant365, or similar).
