Pros of working at The Bainbridge Companies

It took me a long time to give this company I’m employed at a review because I wanted to have a full experience to give my honest assessment. Pros: Bainbridge is one of the best Property Management company I’ve ever worked for and loved, due to there constant and endless training they provide and also resources that’s in place for their employees in order to provide excellent customer service to both the residence and prospective future residence and in addition to that, they invest in their employees by grooming and growing us to succeed by providing us with all the tool to do so. Another pros i must express which is, their pay rate, commission and bonus structure is very generous!

Cons of working at The Bainbridge Companies

Cons is a hard one for me to respond to because of a few reasons, I’m the type that views life as seeing the glass as full vs half full. The other reason is, my property I work at is very unique from all the others which makes it a bit of an entity of its own. It’s one of the largest properties and has many challenges and hurdles to get over, a bit chaotic and demanding and have had high turn over staff in the pass, which created a high level work demand on our current team. My property is a diamond in the ruff! And so were we! I’ve been there for 1 year now as a leasing specialist. My entire team stared 1 month apart from each other and we were all new to Onesite software and system at a super high traffic property, we all were like a personality misfits staff! Lol! But we all was determined to be the ones to stick it out and turn the property around and bring it to its great potential including ourselves too. So thats the cons for my property is because my entire team took on the most challenging property that was the under dog to now a shining gem, plus we are all so equally strong minded and often had our issues with each other but always pulled together to fulfill our duties! I have never in life worked in a office with a Dysfunctional team as us and challenging property as this, but somehow, it’s the best experience ever and a job that I love the most!! Therefore, the cons are the pros for me.

The Bainbridge Companies benefits

My favorite benefits for me is seeing my flaws and weakness which I thought I didn’t have but working here under hard Circumstances showed me my flaws and made me a better person and gave me growth. Perks, I can easily say, which is, despite all the adversities, Bainbridge entire team from all properties knows how to pull together and support each other when needed like a family!!! We all can call on each other no matter how close or far our properties are from each other! Plus, having attentive and assemble regional manager, owners and HR being available to us is golden!! We also have employees fun day events at companies cost with catered food and cocktails to let our hair down and have fun!!!! I highly recommend working for Bainbridge. Sorry I’m so lengthy 🤭 I never give reviews of any company before but I felt the need to do so for Bainbridge.
