Pros were the pay was good and they at least pretended to care about employee comfort. Some great people work there but the Board Directors literally pay to be members. Money is King or Queen in One case.
The overall thought and effort is money and I watched and was party to illegal and questionable activities which I refused to be a part of. It wasn’t rampant and it wasn’t in general but it was present. Rather than change their ways I was released.
