Job Description
PURPOSE
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership including, but not limited to, call screening, planning and coordinating meetings and events, calendar management, travel coordination, preparation of reports and special projects as needed. This is a field position with the primary responsibility to handle all aspects of service, installation, programming, and startup of Access Control, Burglary, Fire, Parking, Surveillance, and related systems.

Provide sales support as needed to assist Project Manager to obtain recurring business.
Have the drive to be the technical expert for our solutions and be willing to continue to learn our systems and provide value to customers.
Assigned service calls to keep our offerings up and running with quick response and thorough checkout. Baker Group may supply a Van, Cell Phone, tools, and laptop.
Provide documentation for operation and maintenance after a project is complete and communicate changes and modifications with Application Engineer.
Attend turnover meetings between Project Manager and Applications Engineer discussing project scope, safety, timelines, etc.
You will be required to obtain your NICET 1 and 2 certifications to maintain your State of Iowa Alarm License. Fire Alarm System knowledge is preferred for this position as well.
You will be part of an On-Call schedule which is adjustable but currently once every 10 weeks.
We do work all over Iowa and the Midwest. Our technicians must be agreeable to traveling overnight on occasions to install or startup a system that is out of town.
You will be required to obtain your 30 HR OSHA certification within the 1st year.
