We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, OPS Data Transfer, Integration & Quality II to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Under significant direction, analyzes, reconciles, troubleshoots and reviews incoming and outgoing data to ensure accurate performance/output generated by organization technology products and solutions.
* May contribute to data quality testing and begin to work with outside vendors.
* Analyzes and monitors data/reports to ensure quality of and accurate transfer, integration, translation, and reporting of data, reacting promptly to data quality statistics and client inquiries.
* Based on SOPs and/or documented process, executes low risk data fixes, resulting in improved performance or accuracy.
* Executes test plans and ensures the quality and accurate delivery/transfer of test and production files.
* Builds domain and product knowledge through assisting colleagues and frequent interaction with technology developers, product teams, relationship/account managers, etc.
* No direct reports.
* Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
* Advanced/graduate degree preferred
* 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
* Experience in securities or financial services preferred
* Demonstrated ability to prepare transmission files and coordinate with cross-functional groups
* Attention to detail
* Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload

Role and Responsibilities
Generate requirements, wireframes, and documentation (i.e. Excel workbooks) for planning the migration of site collections to the online version.
Documentation to include what site contents will be moved, what will be decommissioned and any web forms/workflows requiring additional work (i.e. InfoPath).
Write requirements for Power Platform Applications and deprecated InfoPath form replacements.
Meet with stakeholder groups to build consensus around planned moves of business unit site collections from on-premises SharePoint to the online version.
Provide SharePoint technical resources with recommended timing and sequencing for site moves (i.e. business need priority, size, scope, etc.)
Provide documentation, requirements and meet with stakeholders for in-flight and newly requested development requests for SharePoint online.

SSCoE serves BAML's eight lines of business, delivering global, regional and local capabilities through secure, fast and reliable technology, and people with the knowledge and experience to deliver timely and accurate review of all sanctions alerts across all products of Bank of America. Team also has the responsibility to provide support to client facing teams and clients where needed to educate on compliance program, drive better quality of data defining the customer and their day-to-day banking transactions.
Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibility is to create / update business rules to minimize the false-positive Sanctions alerts to improve efficiency and effectives of the CoE's alert review process.
* Manage the multiple on-going initiatives by attending calls from various projects, understand the Sanctions needs from the projects, Provide requirements to the projects and track the status of these projects.
* Analyze alerts on a daily basis to chalk out strategies to reduce the false-positives, using different pattern matching and trending techniques
* Assist in on-boarding new applications / Clients into the Sanctions screening platform requiring detailed discussions with various lines of businesses in understanding the nature and type of data received from and assist in data mapping into standard formats acceptable for Sanctions screening
* Ability to query & analyze the data required for ad hoc requirements on the fly and generate reports for the team to use.
* Work with technology teams for requirements / testing and implementing changes to improve / automate CoE processes
* Ensures data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls which help to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular product set
* Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, works across teams to ensure adherence, serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance, and manages operational elements of the (Enterprise Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship
* Manages data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed. Data inquiries include questions related to data issues, availability of data, and potential sourcing alternatives to inform
* Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with data platform
* Partners with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for data related incidents
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Statistics or related fields
* Intermediate knowledge in SQL and using tools like TOAD
* Awareness of AI / Machine learning concepts and ability to implement such strategies
* Experience in data analytics and interpretation of large volumes of data
* Scripting experience with any language like Python, Java, VB
