In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing Broker Dealer, RIA, and or Bank Trust client relationships.
Serve in a consultative role to clients/prospects, advising client leadership on the best way to achieve their short- and long-term strategic objectives through a solutions-oriented approach.
Commercially focused on optimizing the client relationship to grow revenue.
Evaluate and structure deal (pricing, contract terms, etc) to determine optimal terms for both client and the firm's commercial objectives and risk appetite.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
10-12 years of total work experience preferred.
FINRA Series 7 required.
A good understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape and industry drivers in the relevant regions.
Financial Services experience with a particular client type or product preferred as is prior experience in a related customer-facing role.
Excels at managing a full lifecycle of the sales relationship, including account/client profitability, business retention and client satisfaction.
Highly motivated and responsible for the achievement of organic, incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfolio.
