We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Program and Project Management Manager join our Archer team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA and Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Collaborate with onboarding and client service teams to understand client challenges and identify opportunities for enhanced solutions. Lead the requirements-gathering process, working closely with clients and internal teams to create detailed and actionable solution designs. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 15+ years of experience in business systems analysis, including requirement elicitation, data analysis, and solution design. Expertise in modern software tools and platforms used in investment management. Strong client relationship management skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving. Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, process improvement, and team collaboration. Strong understanding of SQL and experience with business intelligence tools for querying and analyzing data. Comprehensive knowledge of the investment management industry, including familiarity with market trends, challenges, and opportunities. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a clear, concise writing and speaking style. Demonstrated ability to lead by example, driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of software development lifecycles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and best practices.
