    The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) is responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers (RM) to consistently grow the portfolio of clients by enhancing the satisfaction of our clients by providing high level customer service through timely and accurate product implementation, communication, coordination and processing. This position is responsible for providing support and making recommendations for a broad range of financial products including but not limited to commercial mortgages, working capital lines of credit, acquisition financing, equipment financing, owner-occupied real estate loans, construction financing, letters of credit, treasury management service and depository services. Familiar with a variety of the banking/financial concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Ensures excellent internal and external client relations at all times. Responsibilities and Duties * Retain satisfied clients by assisting with day to day banking needs, providing clients with a single point of contact within the bank for their deposit and loan needs. * Ensure client receives an update within one hour and a satisfactory resolution within 24 hours. Act fast. * Identify client's needs and cross-sell bank products and services to existing clients. Help client's build their businesses. * Record own activities and calls as well as assist RMs with Salesforce tracking and upkeep of records. * Review and resolve accounts listed on any report such as insufficient funds and past due. * Provide assistance to RMs by gathering all information necessary for credit decisions on all commercial, real estate and consumer loans. * Prepare for loan closings by ordering appraisals, environmental assessments, surveys, title commitments and attorney prepared documents. * Work closely with clients to clear loan approval conditions and set clear expectations on the closing process. * Review all loan documents, including attorney prepared documents, to ensure all documentation is as approved. * Coordinate loan closing and prepare necessary documents for funding. * Use Sageworks for loan closings, loan modifications and renewals and for tracking, requesting and clearing reporting requirements. * Process all loan advance or pay down requests, ensuring everything is in compliance before processing. * Complete other duties and projects as assigned. * Ensure that all client services and product processing activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal and governmental regulations. Work with corporate compliance, loan and deposit operations to ensure conformity with bank policies, procedures and Federal and State regulations and laws. * Adhere to all Texas Partners Bank policies, procedures and regulatory and training requirements, regulatory, legal and governmental regulations. Requirements * High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). * At least 3 years banking experience. Loan processing experience is a benefit. * Sales or referral experience is useful.

Responsibilities and Duties * Analyze credit worthiness of all current and prospective business customers. * Obtain, investigate and analyze credit data, records and spread financial statements. * Confer with credit association and other business representatives to exchange credit information. * Provide in-depth written analysis of commercial credit requests. * Recommend loan structuring. * Prepare internal monthly reports that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money. * Perform periodic reviews and risk ratings of existing borrowers and key vendors * Ensure adherence to commercial loan policy standards, procedures, regulations and laws. * Ensure loan policy exceptions are documented and discussed appropriately in credit approval documents. * Create, maintain and organize credit files and perform review of loan covenant compliance. * Consult and communicate effectively with internal and external clients as necessary to resolve issues during the loan approval process. * Demonstrate exemplary service and professionalism to clients and prospects when going with Relationship Managers on customer calls related to specific commercial loan requests. * May identify cross-sell and referral opportunities. Requirements * Requires Bachelor's degree with emphasis on business/finance/economics * Underwriting experience/internship preferred. * Understanding of social, economic and political issues that impact our market(s).

Responsibilities and Duties * Perform a wide range of procedurally correct teller duties, including but not limited to: processing check and cash deposits, cashing checks, issuing cashier's checks, preparing change orders and receiving loan payments. * Examine signatures for withdrawals and checks for endorsements and verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the document(s) ownership. * Balance teller cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy with cash and other negotiable(s) handling by using computers, calculators, or adding machines. * Provide high level of customer service and professionalism to clients in person, by phone and by email. * Resolve client issues, discrepancies or concerns by utilizing resources, supervisor and/or various departments within the bank. * Process transactions and maintain proper logs for vault and courier/mail. * Assist with cash shipments and ordering cash for the branch. * Perform scanning process to include daily transactions, client documents and organize new account files. * Adhere to all Texas Partners Bank procedures and regulatory requirements. Work Hours Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Requirements * High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); 6 mos. to 1 year customer service experience. Proficient with teller systems preferred.
