Contact local police department immediately upon notification of a break-in or theft. Respond to urgent calls as appropriate. Light Maintenance Duties Perform light maintenance duties such as but not limited to; changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets, turning off water in the event of a plumbing leak. Perform snow removal and spread ice melt products in a collaborative manner with maintenance Have knowledge of location of fire alarm panels, extinguishers, and related fire devices. Report all mechanical and electrical deficiencies and property damage to Security Supervisor. Acts professionally towards all service companies which may be working within the facility. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Qualifications: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training in the field of security or maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
