Help job seekers learn about working at The Boldt Company
They treat people with respect and dignity unlike some other firms. This company is a dark horse in the industry. It’s on the cutting edge of Lean and Scrum without the marketing mumbo jumbo of “continuous improvement quality systems” that other firms employ. Not to mention, they are an ESOP and they don’t use it as an excuse pay workers less base salary. It truly is an added perk that gets delivered right to the employees.
Cons of working at The Boldt Company
Hours are long but that’s to be expected in construction.
