This position is ideal for someone who is innovative, analytical, and strategic. Familiarity with prompt engineering and experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar agentic systems is a plus. You will gain experience in digital communications, conversation design, customer care, AI (predictive and generative AI), product development, and customer experience.
