The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documentsneeded repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer'sexperience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs. Education and/or Experience Required Post-Secondary Education or equivalent. Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
