Open Sky's Behavioral Health- Justice-Involved program is designed to assist MassHealth members who are either current inmates, detainees or on probation or parole. The goal of the program is to support individuals in navigating and successfully engaging with health care services, with an emphasis on Behavioral Health Services. The program aims to improve health outcomes and decrease fatal overdoses while providing connections to health care and community services.
The Lead Navigator of Operations Support, will provide In-Reach and Re-entry supports, assessment, education, support and safety planning for individuals enrolled. They will provide operational assistance including Electronic Health record inputting, program billing and health insurance authorizations. They also carry a small caseload and provide training and mentoring to new staff.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Implement interventions as identified in the Support Plan and document progress to maintain a permanent record of activity and services provided.
Act as a liaison between members, community agencies, justice entities and families to coordinate treatment, including employment and education entities, Care Coordination entities, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient clinics, and others.
Provide and coordinate crisis response supports to members as necessary.
Communicate all potential risk-related and other pertinent information to program leadership according to established program and Agency procedures.
Participate in the Emergency On-Call rotation
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
Minimum two years' experience working with homeless, justice involved, adults with serious and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and underserved populations, required.
Experience with local resources, navigating health, behavioral health and/or substance abuse treatment systems strongly preferred.
Valid Drivers License, acceptbale driving history and reliable transportation, required.

Open Sky is seeking an Accounting Assistant who, under the direction of the Accounting Manager, will analyze and process Accounts Payable in a timely manner. Code invoices and check requests with correct general ledger account and program conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the accounting system. Review monthly program purchasing credit card expense reports for accuracy and follow up with program staff on discrepancies.
The Accounting Assistant will also prepare weekly checks, EFTs, and bank transfers to ensure invoices are properly funded and provide management with audit support for internal and external audits.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Assist in year-end 1099 generation and reconciliation.
Maintain and update vendor files to include all required documentation such as W-9 requirements, EFT information, address, insurance verification, and terms of payments as well as handle vendor correspondence
Assist with program purchasing credit card system maintenance and train program staff as needed.
Reconcile assigned accounts and prepare journal entries.
Qualifications
High School diploma, or equivalent, required.
Minimum of one year experience in an Accounts Payable role and/or non profit accounting, required.
Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving history, required.

OVERVIEW: The Computer Technician is responsible for supporting the technological needs of Grafton Public Schools, working within the technology department. Key areas of focus include network technologies, Active Directory administration, mac OS and desktop computer deployment/maintenance, and print services.

- Audio/visual - Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all audio-visual equipment, services, and general staff use. This includes projectors, flat panel displays, and related applications.

Description and Responsibilities Aggressive Treatment and Relapse Prevention is a DMH funded supported housing program designed to serve 12 adults and/or families in Worcester who are homeless and have co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Based on Housing First principles, the program provides intensive community-based clinical outreach, and access to staff 24/7. The Homeless Initiative Program aids with locating housing, limited financial assistance, and supportive & case management services to 18 adults and/or families in Worcester. The program is funded by the City of Worcester.
The Housing Specialist operates within the Housing First Principles in order to set a foundation for pursuing health and recovery goals with people served. They will also cultivate mutually respectful partnerships, set appropriate limits, and maintain a helping role with people served and family members.

Oasis Residential Program - Clinical Director

Salary USD $42.79/Hr. Description and Responsibilities The Oasis program, located in Douglas, MA, is a 16-bed residential treatment program for adults (male and female) who have both mental health and substance use disorders. Our residential treatment program is not a typical group home living environment - our model is to support all paths to wellness and recovery including yoga, meditation, smart recovery, therapy animals, 12-step programs, and more.
The Clinical Director will oversee and help develop the clinical and recovery support services for the individuals served in the program including providing evidence-based treatment models for co-occurring disorders, including Seeking Safety, Recovery Life Skills, Recovery Coaching, and other models to meet the needs of the residents. The Clinical Director is also responsible for completing clinical assessments and treatment plans in partnership with individuals and other providers.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with on call coverage roughly every 6 weeks.
Other Key Responsibilities:
* Provides supervision to Recovery Specialists, using the Recovery Coach Supervisor model.
* Provides leadership and oversight on clinical functions of the program, including training and coaching staff on implementing clinical interventions.
* Participates in program on-call rotation.
Qualifications

The Youth Group Care homes provide comprehensive treatment in a group care setting for youth (males and females) who have a history of psychiatric hospitalizations. The goal of the program is to work collaboratively with the youth and family to enhance personal, social, and independent living to prepare for family reunification or a transition to independent living. The program utilizes a Wraparound Philosophy which helps family, support members, and service providers work together to support the family and youth.
Relief Counselors provide direct care and supervision to the youth and young adults served by the program. They help to empower the youth served through the use of a trauma informed care approach; utilizing such skills as compromising, negotiating, and problem solving. They help to keep the youth integrated into the community both locally and in their home towns. They also exhibit Open Sky's commitment to racial equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion in the work they perform. Additionally, because they will be preparing meals to share with the youth, free meals is an added perk.

Adult Community Clinical Services is a Department of Mental Health funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in their own homes, apartments, or in group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The teams are tight knit, supportive and multidisciplinary. Open Sky's talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to individuals served.
The Certified Peer Recovery Specialist provides direct peer support to individuals and families by sharing their lived and personal experiences with substance use with the purpose and intent to build trust and collaboration with people served. They work with individuals to support the development and maintenance of key skills including stress management, relapse prevention, self-determination, self-advocacy, decision making, and goal planning through the use of recovery tools, including Wellness Recovery Action Plans.

The goal of the Respite program is to work collaboratively with individuals to develop skills to maintain their independence in the community and live a life that is not defined by their mental illness.
Awake Overnight Counselors support individuals to live as independently as possible, while providing evidence-based treatment and care, within a group living environment. They provide guidance, support, and perform various levels of activities of daily living. Through implementing procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and general cleanliness and safety of the physical site, counselors ensure individuals are living a healthy, productive, and independent life.

* Utilize crisis intervention or other means to intervene during a crisis situation, following established program and Agency procedures.

Open Sky's Support & Stabilization Services provide an array of services to support youth up to the age of 22 years and families that may be experiencing emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Services provided include groups, therapeutic services to help children remain in their home, preparation support for children reunifying with family, permanency support, skill building, increasing social connections, and providing families with community resources to meet basic needs. The goal of the program is to provide families with access to services that are tailored to their individualized strengths and needs which gives youth the greatest chance for safety, permanency, and well-being.
The Outreach Counselor will be responsible for helping individuals develop the skills needed for self-management, including crisis and prevention planning, social skill enhancement, daily living skill education, stress management, education about mental illness and symptoms and self-reinforcement and contingency management while monitoring their progress towards achieving identified goals.

Open Sky's Behavioral Health Justice Involved program is a new model of care designed to assist MassHealth Members who are Justice- Involved--- either as current inmates or detainees, or on Justice Services such as probation or parole. The goal of the program is to support individuals in navigating and successfully engaging with health care services and behavioral health services. The program is designed to improve health outcomes and decrease fatal overdoses by providing connections to health care and community services.
The Justice Involved Navigator will provide In-Reach and Re-entry support, assessment, education, support and safety planning for individuals enrolled in the Behavioral Health Supports Justice Involved Program. They serve as a point of contact for integrated care coordination and care transitions in collaboration with individuals enrolled, justice agencies, medical and behavioral health providers, pharmacies, various social service agencies and other agencies and supports as indicated.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct outreach via in-reach visits within prescribed timeframes and engage eligible individuals by providing information about the BH-JI program.

Relief Counselors play a significant role in our mission to enhance the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensure daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and play a lead role in the daily implementation plans.
Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
Implement activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
Review and complete all required documentation.
The organization recognizes skills, location, training and population served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential. Ask your recruiter if this position qualifies for an additional hourly differential!
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
